Oh, I am thinking of finally biting the bullet and picking up a pair of Hunters...these are foldable (hence packable!) and I think they are awesome...stay tuned. I am also crushing on a few skincare items, namely the Shiseido Wrinkle resist eye cream..lovely and thick and makes my eye area look (and feel!) wonderful. I cannot WAIT to try the new Clarins Double Serum...advance reviews are glowing and I am itching to give it a whirl. Things that I am using currently....Jimmy Choo Eau de Parfum...meow..my signature scent finally! Also am enjoying the Maybelline Magic Lumi highlighting concealer in Nude combined with the LM Secret Brightening powder....works really really well. Saw a great video on YouTube by TiffanyD...check it if you have dark circles. Lastly, picked up a sample of BeneFit's They're Real mascara...LOVE...this one was a big surprise but I am kinda digging the faux last look right now...this Winter is all about the eyes for me! That's it friends....Happy Weekend! xo
Scored some great deals at my B&M J.Crew store this past week...these great cotton tissue turtleneck were 50% off...picked up a blk. & navy both like $12! I am not a big turtleneck person but these are 100% cotton and have a lovely drape, not restricting in the least...great layering pieces for the season. Happy Weekend Friends! xo
A short list of new favourites for 2012...these are all items I have repurchased/will repurchase and have used religiously this past year..all are highly recommended!
It's been a busy few weeks and I've felt a bit uninspired to be honest, the time change a few weeks ago really kicked my a$$. Christmas has been on my mind and I've slowly been doing some shopping for family over the past week. I'm looking forward to doing some decorating at home also....it's always been a favourite time of year. If you're looking for a cool show to watch check out the British series HUNTED, w/Melissa George...it really is great. If you were a fan of "Alias" you'll enjoy this. But be warned it's quite violent. As a side note, I like her tomboyish/spy style, loads of cool boots and layered sweaters
My husband and I have a date to see a movie this weekend...those of you who have children know this is a rare event indeed! We'll have the whole afternoon and evening to ourselves. I picked up these "familiar-looking" boots from Old Navy recently for $22...they're not really my thing but the cooler temps had me yearning for something really cozy and these fit the bill (at the right price!). Happy Weekend friends! xo
